In this marketing project, we're tasked with making the best salsa we possibly could. We were given approximately 6 weeks of this project with four weeks of actual cooking. We were taught about Fattom and ph levels.  my partner Jaden and I set out to make a mild salsa with a very sweet taste. The first batch of salsa we made was by far the sweetest but, it just had no kick. When we were going through testing our first batch everyone said the light green salsa had an intimidating look. our second batch wasn't that much better. Our final bath, however, turned out to be the exact color we wanted and from what I heard most people loved it.
